Global markets are stable and there seems no negative news so far to stop the Tech rally in US and our own rally at home in Reliance and HDFC Bank driving up the indices.

Market at ATH while New Highs not increasing. New lows just increased today.

This divergence is telling a story which is yet to be revealed, probably next week ?

Crossed the high of 3-June and we are now well above 23844 and supposedly in a bull run now as Nifty punches new ATH everyday for last 3 days.

What’s not in favor :

• Volume drop while Price is increasing

Price and Volume showing divergence but who am I to question if this is really a bull run ? We participate while managing risk effectively.

Auto, Realty and PSE still remain at the top but have seem to have slowed down and a bit off their ATHs.

Pvt Banks and Finance stocks are now hitting ATHs and looks like sector rotation is up on the cards to these sectors with BUDGET in JULY.
